Founders Mug

The Founders Mug is a premium, limited-edition mug created specifically for supporters of the inaugural Calgary Winter Market.

• Each mug is tied to one annual benefit.
  Every individual Founders Mug carries its own benefit and must be presented in person to redeem it.
• Bring your mug to the Christmas Market during the season.
  Go to the main ticket booth. Present your Founders Mug at the main ticket booth for verification.
• Receive $50 in Market Bucks (once per year, per mug).
  For each Founders Mug presented, you will receive $50 worth of tickets for that season
• Use the Market Bucks on food and beverages.
  Market Bucks can be used at participating vendors throughout the Christmas Market.
• Enjoy the benefit every year. ***The mug and ID are required to redeem***
  The Founders Mug is the only proof of eligibility. Lost mugs cannot be replaced, and benefits cannot be transferred without the mug.

Important Terms

• Each Founders Mug is eligible for one $50 ticket redemption (Market Bucks) per market season.
• The annual benefit is reserved exclusively for the original registered purchaser of the Founders Mug (the "Founder").
• The Founder must be present in person and present their Founders Mug at the Main Ticket Booth to redeem the annual benefit.
• Founders will be registered by name at the time of purchase. The Calgary Winter Market reserves the right to request government-issued photo identification to verify eligibility at the time of redemption.
• Possession of a Founders Mug alone does not grant redemption rights.
• Founders Mugs and their associated annual benefits are personal to the Founder and may not be sold, assigned, transferred, gifted, or inherited.
• The annual benefit terminates upon the death of the Founder.
• Lost, stolen, forgotten, or damaged mugs cannot be replaced and are not eligible for redemption.
• No cash value. Tickets are non-refundable and may only be used during the applicable market season.
• The Founders Mug is intended to provide a $50 annual ticket benefit (Market Bucks) for each Calgary Winter Market season in which the Founders Mug program is offered.
• Benefits, redemption procedures, participating vendors, and program terms may change from season to season.
